Our rooms come with or without air-conditioning, 1 double bed, a private shower and a toilet. All rooms above the ground floor include a private balcony. The rooms are 20 SqM in size, including the bathroom and a balcony. Additionally we have a CyberPoint WIFI Internet service available on each floor.

For stays of at least 4 months

Air-conditioned Rooms 2,500 - 3,000 Baht per month

Non Air-conditioned Rooms 2,200 - 2,700 Baht per month

A one month downpayment is refundable for guests staying for at least 4 months

Daily and weekly rates and rates for up to 3 months are also available on request

Utilities such as water, electricity and telephone are charged back directly as per the recorded usage

Also, for the use of our residents, we have coin washing machines and pure fresh water machines. We can do your laundry too if you like, you don’t have to worry about that if you don’t want to.

If you have any special requests, then please let our manager know and we will do all we can to accomodate you.

We do have a no pets policy, so sorry about that but we feel it is in the best interests of all our residents and guests.
